Hello Designers! Ive got a request for tutorial or input on how to achieve this effect:



It is the cover of a promotional mixtape for the Kanye West's upcoming tour "Glow In The Dark"

Im thinking some cross processing with Raw for color and vibrance than Glowing Edges filter with some Plastic Wrap. Any ideas or suggestions...hell any interest in seeing a tutorial on AppClinic for this?
